All proceedings, actions and dealings between you and the buyer/renter including but not limited to financial transactions are at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold Just List It, its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, employees, agents, and affiliates, harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses including attorney fees), made against Just List It by any third party due to or arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site.
